The Ombudsman visited “Ana harayi” (Scream of Mother) monument
The Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Azerbaijan Sabina Aliyeva and her staff visited the monument "Ana Harayi" (Scream of a mother) on the occasion of the 29th anniversary of the Khojaly Genocide, one of the bloodiest pages in the history of humanity. A wreath was laid at the monument and the memory of the tragedy victims was commemorated.
We, all, pay tribute to all our martyrs and bow before their holy spirits.
