The Ombudsman of Azerbaijan, Sabina Aliyeva, received citizens in the Office.
During the next reception that is conducted by the Ombudsman on a regular basis, each citizen was received in private.They were provided with legal advice. Some applications were ensured on the spot. It was noted that the relevant state authorities will be required to address the problems indicated in the citizens’ applications.
In order to efficiently and expediently investigate the citizen’s applications, information about the work of the inbound “916” Call Center, 24/7, which operates within the Ombudsman Office and other appeal procedures was given at the reception.
