Further trainings were held in general secondary schools by the Ombudsman's Regional Centers

The Ombudsman’s Western, North-West, Northern, and Southern Regional Centers held trainings regarding the implementation of the relevant sub-paragraph titled "Educational events about the negative consequences of all kinds of violence against children for the purpose of education, involving media subjects on the expansion of the circle of the Ombudsman" of the "Action Plan for the Implementation of the Children's Strategy for 2020-2025", approved by the Presidential Order of 27 November, 2020. The event was organized in the general secondary educational institutions in Ganja, Sheki, Mingachevir, Guba, Masalli, and Lankaran Mixed Type Children's Home. students and the members of the teaching staff attended the trainings.

The existing national and international legal framework dealing with the protection of child rights, violence against children and its forms, and the inadmissibility of all forms of discrimination were all covered during the trainings. Participants were also informed about the activities of the Ombudsman in the field of the protection of child rights, as well as the possibility of applying to the 916 Call Center.

In the course of the workshops with the participation of children, role-plays related to the protection of children's rights were focused on.

In the interactive events, training technologies were used; discussions around the topics of domestic violence, child marriages, gender-based violence, cybercrime, child labor, bullying, and other issues were held; and the questions raised by students were answered.

It is planned to continue the training throughout May.
