Staff members of the Ombudsman Institution visited the child shelter home on the eve of the Eid al-Adha

Staff members of the Ombudsman Institution visited the Child Shelter Home – Reintegration Center at the Azerbaijan Children Public Union on the eve of the Eid al-Adha on the instructions of the Ombudsman Ms. Sabina Aliyeva.

A meeting was held with children placed in the shelter, during when children were congratulated upon the holiday and given gifts on behalf of the Ombudsman. In the course of the meeting, the needs of the children, the general living conditions and treatment standards in the facility were learned, also they have been informed about their rights and competencies of the Ombudsman.

Furthermore, the facility areas were monitored, the basic needs were studied and talks were held with the facility management and employees to improve the work of the shelter home.
